Wayne founded DRN Commerce in 1998. Before starting DRN Commerce, Wayne was a litigation partner in a large London law firm. His experience and a thorough understanding the needs of the financial services industry proved invaluable in developing a web based software program that linked financial institutions to their law firms, collection agencies, repossession agents and other service providers. Wayne holds a Degree in Economics from The University of Western Ontario and a Degree in Law from the University of Windsor. He and his wife Joanne have four children.

DRN Commerce has developed powerful proprietary web based software that provides financial institutions and other credit grantors with the ability to communicate and collaborate with their outside service providers. Hundreds of companies currently use DRN's collaborative software products including 5 of the largest 100 banks in North America. In 2009 the Globe and Mail has named DRN one of Canada's top ten employers for the second year in a row. DRN was named Technology Company of the Year by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce in 2004.
